PFS Injection Quills have been developed to allow chemical injection into the centre stream of the flow.

Standard Features Include:

  • female x male pipe connections
  • 6 materials of construction: PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, S/S 316L and Hastelloy C 276
  • 2 standard sizes available: 3" of 5" insertion length
  • 1/2" NPT or BSPT connections available
  • custom materials and sizes available on request
  • built in spring loaded check valve
  • standard 1/4" orifice discharge for higher flow
  • pressure range to 3000 PSIG
  • temperatures to 260°C (500°F)
  • field repairable
